CAMAS

A spacious, green suburb with gorgeous homes and tree-lined streets.

Welcome to Camas

Camas is a city that lies on the Washington side of the Columbia River. Prune Hill, a dormant volcanic vent, serves as the site of a sizable section of the city's residential neighborhoods. It is well-known for its attractive tree-lined avenues and the thriving cluster of independently owned businesses. Since Camas is a Portland suburb, living in Camas affords residents easy access to a big city without the hustle and bustle.

Founded in 1906, Camas was initially known for its paper mill. Many high-tech firms have recently established headquarters in Camas, offering new jobs leading to an influx of inhabitants. With all the new possibilities, this area is poised to become a bustling metropolis.
